Table tennis has so much going for it!

It’s a game which is easy to pick up, is lots of fun, and played in a very convivial atmosphere. You can be as energetic as you want to be… and it’s a great chance to meet new friends.

What’s more, which is so important as we get older, it will help you to improve fitness, balance, and hand-eye coordination… as someone once said, use it or lose it!

We have two full-size tables, so if you like, you will have opportunities to play several times throughout our sessions.

We meet at United Reformed Church Hall, in the Main Hall on the ground floor, every Wednesday, from 2.00pm to 4.00pm, taking a pause for refreshments midway through.
